INSPIRED
Project Inspired is the first official gateway to creating original artwork unapologetically. The work I have created is a reflection of my whole state of being and presents a
self-exploration into several subjects that I derive admiration from. These main subjects contribute to the pieces I created. These topics are Perspective, Alternative Reality, Dream State/Mood, Time, Nature, and finally, Reborn. The pieces are notably brought upon the beautiful, whether the good or the bad, experiences I've had encountered thus far.
I want this project to show me as a person. I want to take the viewers into the perspective of what I see. The main subjects I chose greatly affect the ongoing struggles I have to attain certain dreams and goals I set out for myself. I want to invite people to see a glimpse of my dream world. I want project Inspired to be the start of a new chapter and to set afire the dreams I am working towards.

There is always an angel or devil resting on my shoulders with every decision I make. This piece represents a low time where I believed that all my decisions have been doing more harm than good. My close friend, brought up a song that he wrote, titled "All Alone". Mixing my experiences with his song, it influenced me to create the demon that is behind me.

Time moves so quick, especially for a teenager like me. On the news, I hear a lot of young artist's dying. My best friends's grandmother passed away and it got me scared thinking if my time to depart is sooner rather than later.

A female artist I admire created a drawing that sparked an idea for me to make an art piece that conveys my perception of death and reawakening.

I always wanted to look at glaciers in Antartica when I was younger. My parents called me weird because I like being in cold temperature. I also thought about my favorite rap artist, Lil Uzi Vert, because album "Eternal Atake", has a futuristic vibe to it.

In this piece I depicted a cool and neon color due to the fact it represents a chill place with a beautiful sunset where I would like rest and restore my energy.

I originally drew a tree that many people in the after school program liked, but I did not due to feeling rushed. That tree was posted on a book, "Everybody is born Free and Equal - Stand for Human Dignity and Equality", co-created with my colleagues and I this past summer. The tree originally depicted stepping branches to achieving human rights. Thus, I revamped the tree to represent gratitude toward those who have supported and encouraged me to be bigger and better than before.
